Before a crown is decided, there is the preliminary competition, and at Miss Fit Philippines 2026 it opened with heritage. On October 23 at Bigger Pictures in Mandaluyong, the candidates presented their national costumes: suns and fans, wings and flowers, each one a story of the islands carried under the lights.
The swimsuit preliminary followed, and with it the other half of what this pageant measures. Miss Fit asks its candidates to show discipline, and the swimsuit round is where the work behind every stride becomes visible.
The night closed with the special awards, presented on the Miss Fit Philippines 2026 stage.
The panel
Crowns, sashes and seasoned eyes: the preliminary panel included Maria Zheliaskova (Miss Globe Ukraine 2026), Miss International Moldova 2026, Maria Katrina Calica (Miss Fit Philippines 2025), Kirsten Dawn Delerio (Miss Fit Philippines 2025 1st Runner-Up), runway coach Ian Mendajar of Kembot Studios, and Paul Izon Reyes.
Four nights later, the same stage story ended at SM Skydome, where Kailey Rose Kemp was crowned Miss Fit Philippines 2026.
